Legal Tech Startup Litify Moves HQ to Midtown

Litify, a legal tech startup, has relocated its NYC headquarters from Brooklyn to Midtown, New York Business Journal reported. The three-year 5,700 square feet office at 185 Madison Ave features glass offices, conference rooms, phone booths, a kitchen, and wood floors.

The space, formerly a WeWork location, spans the entire 12th floor and accommodates 50 employees on a hybrid schedule. Founded in 2016, Litify initially established its headquarters in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park before moving to Dumbo in 2021.

Lee & Associates’ Justin Myers and Rachel Kirkham represented Litify on the deal. The landlord, Adams & Co., had in-house representation. “As Litify continues to grow, we’re focused on fostering an even stronger company culture. This HQ provides us with fresh opportunities for in-person collaboration to help us continue innovating for our clients in the legal community, amid the vibrant energy of Manhattan.” said Litify’s CEO Curtis Brewer.
