Legacy West 18-Story Tower Receives P & Z Okay
There is still one more hurdle to clear, but one of the last pieces of undeveloped land in Legacy West was given the okay by the Plano Planning and Zoning Commission. The zoning change and development plan must still be approved by the Plano City Council. Columbus Realty, one of the three companies that developed Legacy West, is proposing the new residential building.
The residential tower would have 177 units and be constructed on two acres on the southeast corner of SH 121 and Windrose Avenue. Legacy West is a $3 billion mixed-use development site that includes corporate offices, multifamily homes, retail and restaurants.
Currently there are two residential towers at Legacy West and one office tower.
