Legacy Unveils a New Division and Austin HQ

Legacy Development Construction Services (DCS), owned by Cass and Carrie Brewer, recently unveiled a new division called Ledgestone Development Group (LDG) that will focus solely on development. Ledgestone will operate as the parent company to Legacy DCS LLC, Legacy Multi-Family Home Construction Services (MCS) LLC and Brewer Design Studio LLC. 

Ledgestone is committed to sustainable planning and innovative ideas while always respecting the genetics and history of a site. As part of the launch, Ledgestone has opened the doors to its new headquarters located at 3101 Bee Cave Rd. in Austin.

About Lisa Brown

Lisa Brown has decades of experience in corporate communications and marketing management with organizations including Coldwell Banker Residential, Grubb & Ellis, Marcus & Millichap, NAIOP, SIOR and ALM. In those positions, she worked in conjunction with chief executive officers and chief marketing officers to create corporate messaging, cohesive branding standards, strategic marketing plans and thought pieces. Brown is a frequent speaker at industry events and an editing adjunct professor for an online course. She has a master’s degree in mass communications from San Jose State University.
