Legacy Performance Capital Brings on Developer Tommy Tucker

The asset management and investment firm created the Chief Operation Officer spot for longtime Texas real estate developer, Tommy Tucker.

Tucker has expertise in master-planned communities, mixed-use projects and commercial properties. Tucker will direct LPC’s team and strategic partners to acquire and develop property. Having been most recently at Johnson Development, Tucker also spent time at Crescent Communities. Additionally, he will oversee an ongoing portfolio of properties, such as the $45 million The Station at St. Elmo, a new $90 million community in Lakeway and more.
