Legacy Partners to Develop 350-Unit Apartment Complex in Orlando

Privately-held national real estate firm Legacy Partners and joint venture partner Phoenix Capital Partners have announced plans to develop a 350-unit apartment community in Orlando.

Located at 7488 Universal Blvd., the 11-acre site is nearby Universal Studios, Lockheed Martin and the future Orange County Convention Center. The community will feature a mix of one, two and three-bedroom floor plans. Amenities will include a commercial grade fitness center, internet café with coffee service, two sky lounges, dog park, saltwater pool with cabanas, an outdoor living room and kitchen with grills and café tables, as well as garages with direct building access.

“This project offers top tier accessibility to the area’s largest employers and the city’s famed Restaurant Row, as well as an abundance of world-class shopping,” said Jon Wood, senior managing director at Legacy. “We’re excited to showcase Legacy Partners’ nationwide brand of development and to build a premier apartment community that many will be proud to call home.”

Connect South Florida is coming to Key Biscayne on Feb. 26, 2020. For more information, or to register, click here.
