Legacy Partners Breaks Ground on Denver Residential Tower

Bay Area-based national real estate firm Legacy Partners along with capital provider Pacific Life have announced the groundbreaking of Araceli, a 236-unit, Class-A, 13-story residential high-rise in Denver, CO. The architect of the project is KTGY, and the development team includes Catamount Constructors, Prescient, Jordan & Skala Engineers, Studio 10 Interior Design, S.A. Miro, Terracon and Kimley-Horn.

“Araceli will be a market-leading multifamily high-rise project in the Denver Tech Center and will offer residents large, state-of-the-art units, excellent access to major employers and the latest in modern amenities,” said Legacy Partners’ Lane Cutter.

Anticipated for completion in 2024, Araceli will consist of ten residential levels above a three-level concrete garage. The property will feature homes with panoramic views and an average unit size of just under 900 square feet. Amenities will include an expansive pool deck and EV charging stations.
