Legacy Partners Breaks Ground on Bellevue Multifamily Project

Legacy Partners Breaks Ground on Bellevue Multifamily Project

Privately held real estate firm Legacy Partners has broken ground on Copal, a 288-unit multifamily property in the fast-growing Bel-Red corridor submarket of Bellevue, WA. The mid-rise, transit-oriented project is slated for completion in early to mid-2025.

“Copal is in a highly desired location adjacent to Sound Transit’s new NE 130th St. Station in Bellevue,” said Legacy Partners’ Parker Nicholson. “The project will offer potential tenants an enhanced residential experience complete with modern finishes, state-of-the-art amenities and quick access to the region’s most prestigious technology employers.”

The eight-story complex will offer 58 below market Multifamily Tax Exemption units and community amenities that include a well-equipped gym, coffee bar and rooftop club room. In addition, the lobby will feature co-working space with separate breakout work booths for residents. The architect of record for Copal is Encore Architects and Compass Construction is overseeing construction of the project.
