Legacy Partners Begins Leasing at Ontario Apartments

Legacy Partners has begun leasing at Mill House, a 346-unit apartment community in Ontario. Located at 2510 S. Euclid Ave., Mill House was built in partnership with DWS Group. Initial occupancy is anticipated in December 2026.

“Mill House brings thoughtfully designed apartment homes and a wide range of amenities to the heart of the Inland Empire,” said Tim O’Brien, senior managing director for Southern California and the Southwest Region at Legacy Partners. “The community’s Ontario location offers convenient access to local shopping, dining, and major transportation connections.”

He added, “Mill House is Legacy’s third active development project in partnership with DWS. We are also building projects in Scottsdale, AZ and Torrance, CA.”

Designed by Architects Orange, Mill House consists of eight buildings with tucked-under garage parking and covered carports. The community includes approximately 6,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Construction is anticipated to be fully completed in April 2027.
