Legacy Development Planning 3 New Mexico MF Complexes

Legacy Development & Management announced it would begin development of three apartment complexes across New Mexico over the next three years. The three properties, two in Albuquerque and one in Santa Fe, are part of Legacy Development’s multistate portfolio, consisting of $300 million in new projects.

One project under construction is the 135-unit Reserve, at 6301 Alameda Blvd. NE, Albuquerque. The complex is anticipated to open in fall 2020. Legacy will launch construction on 180 units on Cerrillos Road in Santa Fe by the end of 2019, which is scheduled for a 2021 opening. Finally, the developer is planning a 192-unit complex next to the Hilton Garden Inn at 6510 Americas Pkwy. N.E. Groundbreaking could take place in 2021, with opening set for 2022.

Kassem Construction, Legacy’s construction arm, will be the general contractor.
