Lee NYC Reps MD Squared Property Group in Midtown South Move

Lee & Associates NYC represented MD Squared Property Group, a property management company, in a 14,855-square-foot, five-year sublease at 7 Penn Plaza in Manhattan’s Midtown South submarket. The firm, which operates across all five boroughs of New York City, has relocated from Midtown East.

A Lee NYC team of Dennis Someck, Justin Myers and Conor Krup represented MD Squared. The sub-landlord, Cast & Crew, was represented by Erik Schmall of Savills and Daniel Thompson of Cushman & Wakefield.  The over-landlord, Feil Organization, was represented by David Turino.

“As a fast-growing property management company, MD Squared was looking to expand their current footprint, and gravitated towards 7 Penn Plaza for its convenience and proximity to several transit options,” said Myers. “7 Penn Plaza provides the team with a convenient and central location, great views and an expansive new office layout.”
