Lee NYC Markets Six-Building Portfolio of City-Leased Offices

Lee & Associates NYC has been exclusively retained to market for sale a rare six-property portfolio of New York City-leased educational and community facility buildings located across two boroughs. Executive managing director Ben Tapper is leading the marketing and sale process on behalf of the seller, a private family office. The portfolio is coming to market for the first time in more than four decades.

The offering, which is being marketed as a single portfolio, includes six properties totaling more than 180,000 leased square feet across five buildings in the Bronx and one in Queens. Each property is leased to New York City agencies for educational, pre-K, daycare and community facility uses.

“This portfolio represents a generational opportunity to acquire a collection of mission-critical education and community facility buildings leased long-term to New York City,” said Tapper. “Assets with this combination of government tenancy, long lease duration and stable cash flow rarely come to market, particularly at this scale.”
