Lee NYC Markets MOB Portfolio on Long Island

Lee & Associates NYC has been retained as the exclusive broker to market for sale a six-property Long Island medical office portfolio anchored by RadNet. Totaling 65,000 square feet, the portfolio includes properties in Huntington, Commack, East Patchogue, West Babylon, Bay Shore and Massapequa.

The Lee & Associates team lead by Ben Tapper, a senior managing director in the New York office, and Alex Pappas, a principal in the South Florida office, will spearhead the effort. Sean Slattery, an associate director in New York, will also be on the team. Ownership is looking to sell the portfolio, which was assembled over a number of years.

“Medical assets have seen increased interest from investors for many years, and the current state of affairs has only augmented this demand,” said Tapper. “This portfolio offers potential buyers a rare opportunity to acquire superior-quality medical properties anchored by a renowned, publicly-traded company.”
