Lee NYC Lists City-Occupied Brooklyn Offices

Lee & Associates NYC’s Ben Tapper and Garry Steinberg have been named the exclusive sales agents for 731 Flushing Ave., a single-tenant office building in Brooklyn that’s leased to the City of New York. Ownership is seeking $40 million for the 73,000-square-foot property.

Located on a block-through lot between Thornton Street and Flushing Avenue in Brooklyn’s Broadway Triangle/South Williamsburg neighborhood, the building is leased for the next three years with a five-year renewal option. Under current zoning, the property could be maintained as an office building or could be converted to residential or mixed use.

“731 Flushing Ave. offers investors the opportunity to acquire a large office property that has been owned by the same family for over half a century, and provides the potential for redevelopment with an urban infill asset,” adds Tapper.
