Lee NYC Brings Roberta’s to Vornado’s PENN 1

Lee & Associates NYC represented Roberta’s in a 5,200-square-foot lease at Vornado Realty Trust’s PENN 1 in Midtown, Manhattan. The restaurant joins Vornado’s redevelopment of the Penn District, which will focus, in part, on the revitalization of dining and entertainment in the neighborhood. Conveniently located next to Madison Square Garden, Roberta’s will also include a roof deck and patio.  

“As we look for new locations, we tend to gravitate towards interesting neighborhoods with a rich history and an abundance of creativity, similarly to the opening of our original Roberta’s within Bushwick,” said co-owner Brandon Hoy. “PENN 1 is within a mecca of entertainment, and we’re excited to see what the opening of the development brings for Midtown.” 

Jeffrey Lopez of Lee NYC represented Roberta’s in the transaction. Vornado was represented in-house. Terms of the lease weren’t disclosed.
