Lee NYC Brings Naples Pizzeria to Greenwich Village

Lee & Associates NYC  arranged a 12-year lease for L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele—the century-old, acclaimed Naples pizzeria—at the base of 2 Bank St. in Greenwich Village neighborhood. The 5,600-square-foot space is set to open this winter, marking its first New York City space.

This will mark L’Antica Pizzeria da Michele’s third location, following its 1870 inception in Italy and subsequent Los Angeles outpost opening in 2019. The restaurant will occupy 2,800 square feet on the ground floor and 2,800 square feet on the lower level.

“We’re excited to have L’Antica Pizzeria da Michelle at 2 Bank St.,” said Lee NYC’s Brad Schwarz. “They will thrive in this neighborhood filling a niche and bringing life to one of the best restaurant sites in Manhattan.” Schwartz represented the landlord, Sky Management Corp., with colleague James Ficelman.

Piero Massimino and Francesco Cirillo of UBIQ New York represented the tenant.
