Daniel Shawah is an investment sales broker specializing in Brooklyn brownstones

Lee NYC Bolsters Brooklyn Investment Sales with New Hire

Lee & Associates NYC has added a new broker at the senior level, Daniel Shawah, to the investment sales team. Shawah will be active in Brooklyn and has extensive experience in the brownstone market, primarily covering the Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, Cobble Hill, Downtown Brooklyn, Gowanus, Fort Greene and Clinton Hill neighborhoods. 

Shawah previously worked as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Investment Property Realty Group, a New York based commercial real estate investment sales brokerage and advisory firm. While there, he specialized in multifamily, townhome, mixed-use and development site property sales.
