Carrot Express, which has more than two dozen locations in South Florida, is opening its second one in Manhattan

Lee NYC Arranges Second NYC Location for Carrot Express

Lee & Associates NYC represented ownership in a 4,628-square-foot lease for Carrot Express, a health food fast-casual restaurant, at 135 W. 41st St. in Midtown. Founded more than three decades ago, Carrot Express has since expanded to more than two dozen locations across South Florida with several underway, and one other New York City storefront in Flatiron. The Midtown location is expected to open in the fall.

A Lee NYC team of Peter Braus, Mark Kapnick, JP Sutro and Richard Kave represented the landlord, Vanke US & Tribeca Associates. Cushman & Wakefield’s Steven Soutendijk, Patrick O’Rourke and Sean Moran represented Carrot Express.

“As New Yorkers continue to return to the office, the need for fast and healthy options in central business districts is vital,” said Braus. “Quick service restaurants, like Carrot Express, are playing a role in rejuvenating these districts.”
