Lee NYC Arranges Larger Space for Construction Management Firm

Lee & Associates NYC LLC arranged a new 10-year lease for Holt Construction Corp, an established full-service construction management and general contracting firm. The company will relocate within 875 Ave. of the Americas in Midtown South from two smaller, non-contiguous spaces to a 6,992-square-foot space.

“We are extremely pleased to have secured a new long-term commitment in this challenging environment with such a valuable tenant,” said Dennis Someck, a recent honoree in Connect’s annual Top Broker Awards. He represented the landlord 875 LLC & New 875 LLC along with partner Justin Myers and Peter Braus. “This serves as yet another testament to the fact that New York will bounce back to normal.”

The tenant was represented by Joseph Armano, and Evan Elias, both of Armano Real Estate.

Located at the corner of West 31st Street, 875 Sixth Ave. is a 26-six-story, 270,000-square-foot commercial office building built in 1926.
