Lee NJ to Lease Up Denville Commons

Lee & Associates New Jersey was retained to market Denville Commons, a 73,200-square-foot mixed-use shopping center, located at 3130 Route 10 in Denville, NJ. SVP Josh Krantz and associate Kyle Janoczkin are spearheading the marketing efforts on behalf of the property’s owner, Longpoint Realty Partners.

Denville Commons offers current and prospective tenants space in a newly renovated shopping center. “We are excited to represent the new owners of this great shopping center in one of the wealthiest counties in the country,” said Krantz.

The property’s available units range from 1,900 square feet to 4,500 square feet. The Center is anchored by Corrado’s Market, an Italian specialty shop and supermarket.

Other notable tenants include Orange Theory, Goldfish Swimschool, Verizon, LabCrop, Alexis Diner, and Denville Surgery Center. Additionally, the property closely neighbors 48 Fortune 500 companies’ headquarters.
