Lee Negotiates 36-Acre Temecula Land Sale Planned for Development

A 36-acre land site in the Inland Empire’s Temecula Valley sold for $6.75 million. Located at the intersection of Avenida Alvarado & Via Industrial, the property consists of 30 semi-completed industrial lots and represents one of the largest industrial land transactions within the City of Temecula.

Lee & Associates’ Mario Calvillo represented the buyer, MS Mountain View, LLC. The seller, Ridge View Business Park Development, LLC was represented by Lee & Associates’ Juve Pinedo.

Calvillo says, “The Owner and Sole Principal Moshe Silagi of Silagi Development & Management Inc. will develop a master-planned development consisting of approximately 486,000-square-feet in 17 individual buildings for sale or lease.”

The buildings will range between 10,000 and 80,000 square feet. The initial phase will consist of roughly 210,000 square feet, which is scheduled to start construction next summer.
