Lee Launches Northwest Multifamily Team with Five Broker Additions

Five veteran multifamily brokers joined Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Service to launch its new Northwest Multifamily Team. The addition of Candice Chevaillier, Daniel Lim, Lee Loveland and Edward Milton-Moncivaiz, all formerly of SVN Whitecap Commercial Real Estate, punctuate a strategic growth initiative for the firm.

Don Flanigan, who joined Lee & Associates in October 2019 from JLL, and Chevaillier have partnered to lead the new Northwest Multifamily team from a downtown Seattle office and a new Queen Anne location. They are focused on bringing the sub-institutional private client sophisticated customer service often found in institutional investment markets.

Lee & Associates’ Jim Bowles says, “When we first opened our Seattle office to service the Puget Sound Region three short years ago, we knew that we wanted to focus on all parts of the commercial real estate brokerage business, including and especially the multifamily arena. The recruitment of industry veterans Don Flanigan and Candice Chevaillier, along with her multifamily team of three from SVN, underpins our commitment to becoming a leading contributor to the regional multifamily brokerage business.”
