Lee Illinois Closes Three Industrial Deals in I-55 Corridor

Lee & Associates recently closed three industrial transactions in Bolingbrook and Woodridge, within the I-55 Corridor. They included the following:
 
• Tom Condon, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, Provender Partners, on its purchase of an 81,000-square-foot food building at 525 W. Crossroads Pkwy. in Bolingbrook.  Vern Schultz of Colliers International represented the seller, West Liberty Foods.

• Principal Jeff Galante with Lee Illinois represented Champion Packaging in its 283,436-square-foot lease renewal and expansion at 2501 Internationale Pkwy. in Woodridge.  The building is owned by Prologis.

• Additionally, Galante, along with Lee Illinois principal Terry Grapenthin and VP Ryan Earley, represented the owner, Pritzker Realty Group, on a 406,777-square-foot lease renewal at 555 Saint James Gate in Bolingbrook, IL. The tenant wasn’t disclosed.
