Lee Illinois Closes Three Deals in I-55 Industrial Corridor

Lee & Associates recently closed three industrial real estate transactions in the I-55 Corridor.  They included the following:

  • Terry Grapenthin and Ryan Earley, principals at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented tenant Charlene Products, Inc., a beauty industry supplier, on its new 26,886-square-foot lease at 905 Carlow Dr. in Bolingbrook. The 256,070-square-foot building is owned by Link Logistics.
  • The same Lee team represented sublessor USPack, a leading logistics provider, on a sublease of 148,019 square feet at 825 Veterans Pkwy., a 256,372-square-foot property in Bolingbrook. The subtenant took the space immediately, as-is, and covered USPack’s lease obligation.
  • Lastly, Grapenthin and Earley represented buyer Pharmacy Automation Supplies in its purchase of 4.38 acres at Plainfield Business Center, Lot 6, for a new build-to-suit warehouse and office facility. Northern Builders, the seller, will construct a 30,000-square-foot building, expandable to 60,000 square feet, in the Plainfield complex. It’s scheduled for completion at the end of 2025.
