Lee Illinois Brokers Pair of Retail Transactions

Lee & Associates has closed a pair of retail transactions in the Chicago suburbs. First, Rick Scardino, principal at Lee & Associates of Illinois, represented the seller, Prairie Point Center Development, LLC c/o Conor Commercial, in the $1-million sale of 1.681-acre lot located at 59/90 Gateway, Route 59 & Hoffman Boulevard, in Hoffman Estates, IL.

Dave Chopp of DRC Realty represented the buyer, Belle Tire Distributors. “This is the first of a number of new projects coming to this quadrant,” said Scardino.

Scardino also negotiated a 2,070-square-foot lease of retail space located at 34500 N US Hwy 45, Unit O, in Third Lake, IL, in which he represented the landlord, Craig Steven c/o Management Marketing Services.

Mike Quirini of Keller Williams North Shore West represented the tenant, Quest Performance Training, a fitness training gym for all fitness levels. “This lease will bring this wonderful neighborhood to 96% leased,” said Scardino.
