Lee Illinois Brokers Pair of Industrial Deals

Lee & Associates Illinois recently brokered a par of Chicagoland industrial leases. Principals Mike Plumb and Jeff Janda represented Elite Manufacturing Technologies Inc., which supplies sheet metal components and assemblies, in renewing a 63,492-square-foot lease at 310 Windy Point Dr. (pictured) in Glendale Heights, IL.

“The North DuPage Submarket remains tight with just over 5% vacancy,” Plumb said. Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, TA Realty.

In the second deal, Janda and Plumb were joined by Lee Illinois principal Chris Plumb in representing Prologis, for whom Lee Illinois had arranged another full-building lease earlier this month, this one in Elk Grove Village. For the latest transaction, the team represented ownership on a long-term lease for a 92,000-square-foot property at 491 Supreme Dr. in Bensenville, IL.

Jonathan Kohn from Colliers represented the tenant, Park Transportation.
