Lee Illinois Arranges NAPA Auto Parts Lease in Joliet

Commercial real estate services provider Lee & Associates negotiated a NAPA Auto Parts lease of a 6,310-square-foot retail space located at Caton Farm Plaza, 2317-2323 IL Rt 59 in Joliet, IL.  

Associate Michael Petrik and principal Rick Scardino with Lee & Associates of Illinois represented the landlord, Dreamspace Properties. Sean McCourt of CBRE represented NAPA Auto Parts.  

“This will be an exceptional gap to fill for this nearly 100-year-old retailer,” which is ranked #214 of the Fortune 500 companies, said Scardino.
