Lee IL Handles Pair of Retail Sales in Northwest Suburbs

Lee & Associates Illinois recently negotiated two retail property sales in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. Both deals were handled by principal Rock Scardino.

Scardino represented the seller, Abbott Land, in a $1-million sale of a 2.9-acre retail landsite at the Southwind Business Park in Bartlett, IL. Buyer Ricky Patel represented himself. A neighborhood convenience center is planned with a boutique grocery anchor. Leasing will be handled by Rick Scardino and Michael Petrik.

Scardino also negotiated a $725,000 sale of an 8,870-square-foot day care center at 290 Memorial Ct. in Crystal Lake, IL. He represented the buyer, The Learning Hills Childcare & Preschool (TLHCP). Heather Schweitzer of Premier Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, James & Annie, LLC.

This will be the second location for TLHCP after opening its Lake In The Hills, IL facility in 2021, also represented by Scardino.
