Lee IL Closes Industrial Deals Near O’Hare

Lee & Associates recently closed a pair of industrial transactions in the O’Hare market.  They included a lease in Itasca and a sale in Elk Grove Village.

Chris Nelson and Jeff Janda, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented owner Bridge Development on the long-term lease of 42,000 square feet within 1150 W. Devon Ave. in Itasca. The property is one of the three newly constructed buildings in Bridge Point Itasca. JLL’s Sam Durkin represented the tenant, Concordia International Forwarding Corporation.

In the second transaction, VP Bradley Simousek represented buyer Century Marble and Granite in its $1.1-million purchase of 1299 Lunt Ave., a 22,345-square-foot industrial building in Elk Grove Village. John D’Orazio and Jonathan Kohn of Colliers International represented the seller, Mumford Properties.
