Lee IL Closes Deal for Wheeling Industrial 

Lee & Associates has closed the $4.5-million sale of a 119,115-square-foot, multi-tenant industrial building located on 6.55 acres at 742 Glenn Ave. in Wheeling, IL. 

Tom Boyle, SIOR, principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, JV Global Services.  David Haigh of NAI Hiffman, along with Tak O’Haru of White Cube LLC, represented the seller, Tomoegawa. 

“The addition of this property allows us to better serve our clients, and the Village of Wheeling was very helpful to us in obtaining a Class 6-B real estate classification,” said Jerry Starr, president of JV Global Services.
