Lee IL Closes a Pair of Industrial Sales in Batavia
Lee & Associate has closed a pair of sale transactions for two industrial buildings totaling 78,248 square feet in Batavia, IL. Financial terms of the sales weren’t disclosed.
Michael Androwich, Jr., principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Clark Tile, on their sale of the 58,286-square-foot building at 400-500 Raddant Rd. in Batavia. Mike Antonelli of Brown Commercial represented the buyer, MJM Intergalactic Properties.
Androwich also brokered the sale of the 19,962-square-foot property at 1141 N. Raddant Rd. in Batavia from Papa Nicholas to Green Land Technologies.
