Report: Seattle Industrial Demand Remains Solid Amid Headwinds

Lee IL Brokers Pair of Kane County Industrial Sales 

Lee & Associates has closed a pair of industrial sale transactions totaling 168,636 square feet in Central Kane County.  Financial terms of the sales weren’t disclosed. 

Michael Androwich, Jr., principal at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the buyer, a publicly traded REIT, on the purchase of 3810-3820 Stern Ave., a 102,000-square-foot building in St. Charles, IL. Jeff Holmes of Regional Realty represented the seller, Wise Plastics. 

Androwich also represented buyer WP Industries on its purchase of 66,636 square feet at 1260 Kingsland Drive in Batavia, IL. The seller was represented by Ellerman Commercial.
