Lee & Associates has completed a lease renewal for an 83,122-square-foot industrial building at 825 Tollgate Rd. in Elgin, IL.

Nick Eboli, SVP of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, and Steve Bass of NAI Hiffman represented the tenant, Hydrox Laboratories. Dan Jones and Dan Benassi of Entre Commercial Realty advised the owner, Colony Capital.

“It was a collaborative effort between the parties that created solutions for Hydrox to continue to grow in their existing facility,” Eboli said. Originally founded in 1913, Hydrox manufactures products for the healthcare and beauty sectors.
