Lee IL Brings Batavia Industrial to 100% Occupancy

Lee & Associates has closed a lease transaction for a 50,298-square-foot industrial space located at 1250 Douglas Rd. in Batavia, IL.  With this latest tenant, along with two others who signed leases recently, the 137,573-square-foot industrial building is now 100% occupied.

SVP Nick Eboli and principal Jim Planey of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the landlord.  Victoria Knudson and Agata Szlezak of Stream Realty advised the tenant, C/S Packaging.

The other new tenants are Focus Logistics and CAST Aluminum, who were represented by Jace Murray of Murray Commercial and Jack Brennan of Cawley Chicago, respectively.

“This state-of-the-art facility offering a corporate image, flexibility to allow for tenant specific requirements and a Fox Valley location were all key components to being able to complete these transactions,” Eboli said.
