Lee IL Arranges Office Lease at Schaumburg’s National Plaza

Lee & Associates has closed an office lease for 4,015 square feet at 1111 Plaza Dr. in Schaumburg, IL, within the three-building National Plaza complex. Leasing terms weren’t disclosed.

SVP Tony Russo and VP Ryan Freed of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the landlord, RMS Properties, a commercial property management company. Jameson Commercial represented the tenant, Venta Air Technologies, Inc., a manufacturer of dual-function filter-free devices for indoor air humidification and air purification.

“In today’s market, having move-in ready spec suites is key,” said Russo. “Tenants that pushed off the move last year are now in time crunch.” National Plaza offers spec suites ranging from 1,000 to 7,000 square feet for immediate occupancy.
