Lee IL Arranges Industrial Deals in Elk Grove Village

Lee & Associates recently closed two industrial transactions in Elk Grove Village, IL. The first was the sale of a 24,350-square-foot industrial building located at 1180 Pratt Blvd. for an undisclosed sum.

Chris Nelson, principal of Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the seller, Prologis. Paine Wetzel’s Hiloh Izumo represented the buyer, Pisco USA, a pneumatic equipment manufacturing company.

The second Elk Grove Village deal was the lease of a 34,455-square-foot industrial suite in an 82,529-square-foot industrial building located at 2101 Arthur Ave., leaving 48,074 square feet still available. Principal Michael Plumb and VP Brad Simousek of Lee Illinois represented the owner. Adam Schneiderman of Strauss Realty advised the tenant, Chicago-based Centerpoint Marketing, an exhibit design, fabrication & trade show company.
