Lee IL Arranges Full-Building Industrial Lease

Lee & Associates has fully leased the 87,640-square-foot 133 N. Swift Rd. in Addison, IL in a long-term lease to an undisclosed electrical manufacturing company.

Built in 2008, 133 N. Swift Rd. is a warehouse property set on nearly five acres in Chicagoland’s Central DuPage submarket. It features 29’ ceilings, three interior docks and one drive-in door, along with 25,000 square feet of office space. It’s highly accessible location is visible from I-355.

Principals Jeffrey Janda and Jeffrey Galante at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office represented the landlord. Noel Liston and Nick Krejci of Core Industrial Realty represented the tenant.
