Lee & Associates Welcomes Peter Spear to Industrial Team

Peter Spear has joined Lee & Associates of Illinois’ Industrial Services Group as a Senior Associate, working closely with Principal Jay Farnam.

Spear specializes in industrial real estate within the Chicago area’s DuPage County submarket. He offers a full range of brokerage services including tenant, buyer, and owner representation, sale/leasebacks, and net lease investment transactions. He strives to establish long-term relationships with clients, providing quality representation and value to serve their best interests.  

Prior to joining Lee and Associates in 2023, Spear spent nearly three years as an industrial broker at Marcus & Millichap. He attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and DePaul University, with a focus on Communication and Media Studies.

“As an industrial specialist that is well educated in all of the real estate sectors, he will be a tremendous asset to Lee & Associates and our clients. Peter will help us continue to grow our real estate services platform throughout DuPage County and all of Chicagoland,” said Farnam.
