Lee & Associates Transacts Big Carlsbad Industrial Deals

Lee & Associates recently brokered two major industrial deals in Carlsbad.

One was a lease, while the other was an acquisition.

The 120-month lease, totaling 64,041 square feet, is valued at just under $8.2 million. M2 Ingredients, an organic-mushroom grower, is the tenant, and was represented by Lee. The landlord, SR Commercial, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. The property is located at 3193 Lionshead Ave.

Meanwhile, the sale, which totaled about $6.7 million, was at 2293 Cosmos Ct. The building is 47,762 square feet, and also includes office space. Fred Heitman was the seller and represented by Lee, while Cresa Partners brokered the deal for the buyer, San Diego Hat Company, which plans to make the facility its headquarters.
