Lee & Associates Team Lists Apartments in Santa Monica, Brentwood

Matthew Sullivan and Alex Ho of the Investment Services Group of Lee & Associates have listed a trio of apartments properties in Santa Monica and Brentwood. All three were formerly owned by NMS.

The three properties are listed on Connect CRE’s sister website, ApartmentBuildings.com. Mysuite at Acacia, located at 11649 Mayfield in Brentwood, comprises 40 market-rate units. Mysuite at Swell (pictured), located at 1238-42 10th St., has 20 affordable rent-restricted units and Yale St, located at 1446-1448 Yale, has seven market-rent units. Both are located in Santa Monica.

Sullivan, managing director and principal, and associate Ho are representing the seller in partnership with Philip Boroda of Coldwell Banker.
