Lee & Associates Tapped to Manage 132K-SF Flex Property in Johns Creek
The Property Management team at Lee & Associates Atlanta has been tapped to manage Business Commons at Johns Creek, a 131,987-square-foot multi-tenant industrial flex property in Johns Creek.
The recent purchase by Toccoa Capital Management will also be leased by Lee & Associates Atlanta. Brittany Adelaar has been promoted to Assistant Property Manager as a result of the growing management portfolio, which now totals more than 2.2 million square feet.
