Lee & Associates Tapped to Lease 150K-SF Medical Office Property in Hanover

Lee & Associates has been tapped as the exclusive leasing broker for 7556 Teague Road, a 150,000-square-foot medial office building in Hanover, MD.

Located within the Arundel Mills Corporate Park, a 400,000 square foot mixed-use development, 7556 Teague Road is positioned adjacent to the 1.3 million square foot Arundel Mills. Constructed with a brick and glass exterior, it features floorplates of approximately 30,000 square feet of space and at-grade access for the first and second floors. Approximately 34,000 square feet of space is currently available in the five-story property.

“7556 Teague Road is configured to support a wide range of professional services and general office requirements and given the strong consumer demographics in the immediate vicinity, is specifically ideal for medical and healthcare uses,” said Bill Harrison of Lee & Associates | Maryland. “With several major hospital and medical groups located nearby, including Anne Arundel Medical Center, this sector will be a point of emphasis in our leasing and marketing activities.”
