Lee & Associates South Florida has welcomed multifamily investment sales specialist Andy Hidalgo as SVP. Hidalgo is charged with growing the commercial real estate brokerage firm’s multifamily investment sales division in FL and across the Southeast.

 Hidalgo arrives at Lee & Associates South Florida after serving as a corporate real estate advisor with Savills in New York, where he consistently ranked as one of the office’s top brokers during his tenure. Hidalgo also ran a real estate private equity firm with partner Dave Greenberg that focused on value-add multifamily properties. He was responsible for sourcing acquisitions, equity partnerships, asset management and property management.

His expertise extends to software and infrastructure services, as Hidalgo previously worked for Oracle, a data enterprise based in Austin, TX.

Hidalgo is actively involved in Urban Land Institute. He also serves the community through his work with iMentor, which provides online mentoring to high school students and helps them achieve college and career goals.
