Lee & Associates South Florida Reps Canadian Co in Tampa BTS Industrial Lease

Commercial real estate brokerage firm Lee & Associates South Florida has represented Plan IT Packaging Systems in the company’s lease for a build-to-suit warehouse in Tampa, FL. The Tampa location is the third for the Ontario, Canada-based automated packaging solutions provider.

Michael Avendano with Lee & Associates South Florida guided Plan IT Packaging as it signed a five-year lease with landlord Cancician Group, Inc. for the 27,450-square-foot warehouse to be constructed at 4525 Oak Fair Blvd. The lease term commences no later than April 1, 2024, or 14 months from when the building permit is obtained.

The site is located within Tampa’s Interstate Business Park. The building will feature dock height loading doors, heavy power and office space.
