Lee & Associates South Florida Adds Industrial Team

Lee & Associates South Florida has further strengthened its team of industrial real estate specialists with the partnership arrival of new principal Greg Milopoulos and VP Christian Baena. The duo has more than 20 years of development, investments sales, landlord and tenant representation experience in the region.

Based in Lee & Associates South Florida’s Deerfield Beach office, Milopoulos will head up the firm’s Broward County industrial activities, while Baena is based in the firm’s Miami office.

Both brokers come to Lee & Associates South Florida from Newmark, where their team represented a wide array of industrial owners and tenants. The duo will collectively work together representing clients in dispositions and generating investment sales opportunities throughout the tri-county area.

“Greg and Christian are tremendous additions to our growing team,” said Matthew Rotolante, Lee & Associates South Florida president.
