Lee & Associates Secures 590K-SF Industrial Lease in Braselton

Lee & Associates has secured a 589,680-square-foot industrial lease with tenant Comptree Inc. at Park 85 Business Park in Braselton.

Located at 1380 Jesse Cronic Road, the property is a newly delivered, modern distribution facility in the I-85 Northeast Atlanta submarket. The lease marks the third Atlanta facility for the California-based Comptree Inc., which is supported by Giga Cloud Logistics, and imports a variety of home furnishing products sold online.

Billy Snowden, Rick Tumlin and Mike Sutter of Lee & Associates represented the tenant in the transaction. Bob Currie, Brad Pope and Reed Davis of JLL represented the landlord, CBRE Global Investors.
