Lee & Associates Secures 263K-SF Industrial Lease in Lithia Springs

Lee & Associates Atlanta office has secured a 262,530-square-foot industrial lease at Factory Shoals Distribution Center II in Lithia Springs.

Billy Snowden, Rick Tumlin and Mike Sutter of Lee & Associates represented the tenant, Comptree Inc., in securing the lease at the industrial facility, which is located at 965 Douglas Hill Road. The facility is a recently delivered, modern distribution center in Atlanta’s I-20 West submarket. Denton Shamburger and Turner Fortin represented the landlord, a joint venture between Lincoln Property Co. and a private real estate fund advised by Crow Holdings Capital. Comptree imports a variety of home furnishing products sold online.

“As one of the first post-Covid-19 leases to close, it illustrates that space users in the online retail sector continue to anticipate demand increases. This facility, along with the neighboring 200,000-square-foot facility, will serve as the main distribution points for the southeast region,” said Snowden.
