Lee & Associates Secures 259K-SF of Industrial Leases Near Atlanta Airport
Lee & Associates Atlanta office has secured two leases at 4099 Old Dixy Hwy totalling 259,262 square feet. The leases bring the building up to 100% occupancy.
Mike Sutter and Billy Snowden of Lee & Associates represented ownership, the Meniscus Group, in the acquisition and repositioning of the asset. The owner acquired the last-mile facility in 2016 and made a number of capital upgrades to the property, including replacing the roof and upgrading the sprinkler system to ESFR. The tenants were not disclosed.
