Lee & Associates Represents Niagara Bottling in Wisconsin Lease

Lee & Associates of Illinois has closed a lease transaction for a 58,500-square-foot industrial unit located at 10411 80th Avenue in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.

Jeff Janda, SIOR and John Sharpe, SIOR, principals at Lee & Associates’ Illinois office, represented the tenant, Niagara Bottling, LLC, a leading U.S. beverage manufacturer. Sam Badger, SIOR, of CBRE represented the owner, Doheny’s Pool Supply.

10411 80th Avenue is a 291,599-square-foot warehouse building constructed in 2017. The property is located midway between Chicago and Milwaukee on Interstate-94 and is part of the LakeView Corporate Park, a master-planned, mixed-use development with industrial, office and retail options. Niagara Bottling will use its 58,000 square feet as overflow space for the company’s nearby owned facility.
