Lee & Associates Represents Black Creek Group in Sale of 30-Acre Tract in Fulton County

Lee & Associates has represented Black Greek Group in the purchase of a 30.2-acre tract in the I-85 South submarket of metro Atlanta. Ares, which acquired Black Creek Group’s real estate investment advisory and distribution business in July, plans to construct Wilkerson Mill Logistics Center on the site.

The Fulton County-located site is 15.6 miles from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and will contain modern features like LED lighting, motion sensors, and dock packages to meet the market demand. The logistics center in Palmetto will total 375,000-square-feet and will be classified as a Class A industrial distribution facility.
