Lee & Associates Promotes Marley Welsh to Principal 

Lee & Associates has promoted Marley Welsh, from vice president to principal. With 11 years in commercial real estate, Welsh specializes in representing Maryland breweries, facilitating leases that include Cult Classic Brewing Company’s 24,000 square-foot space in Stevensville and expanding Crooked Crab Brewing Company in Anne Arundel County. 

Welsh, Kate Jordan, SIOR, and Samantha Eckels form a core team advising clients on flex/office and warehouse/industrial properties across the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. region. The team recently closed nearly 75 transactions totaling $25 million, encompassing 540,000 square feet sold or leased and 1.06 million square feet represented.
